मेरा नाम लाल बहार है और मैं राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग, दिल्ली में बतौर पुलिस-उपाधीक्षक कार्यरत हूँ।

मैं आपका ध्यान एक ऐसी मुहिम की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ जिसे देश भर का मीडिया भी वर्तमान सदी का ग्रामीण शिक्षा के क्षेत्र का सबसे अर्थपूर्ण सामाजिक आंदोलन कह रहा है।
मैंने अपने बहुत से साथी सरकारी कर्मचारियों को साथ लेकर “ग्राम पाठशाला” के नाम से एक समूह बनाया हुआ है और हमने दो वर्षों के भीतर ही देश के अलग-अलग गाँवों में जाकर लोगों को जागरूक कर उनके गाँव में ही पुस्तकालय बनाने के लिए प्रेरित कर देश के सात राज्यों में 350 से भी ज्यादा गाँवों में पुस्तकालय बनवा दिए हैं। हमारा लक्ष्य देश के हर गाँव में एक पुस्तकालय यानि देश में कुल 6,64,369 पुस्तकालय बनवाकर भारत को “पुस्तकालयों का देश” बनाने का है।सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा चलाई जा रही यह मुहिम अपने आप में अनूठी है जो सरकारी सेवा के साथ-साथ व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर राष्ट्र निर्माण में जुटे हैं और हमने 15 अगस्त, 2027 तक अपना लक्ष्य पूरा करने का संकल्प लिया है। हम आपके आशीर्वाद के आकांक्षी हैं।

Please remove the reservation system in Education sector or else just give the same equality for General category students as you have given for SC/ST people, we are the most hardworking students still we need to suffer a lot for any government exam. We are also part of India and we deserve good education too, we are only one who pay the highest fees for any competitive exam and still we are facing partiality from the government side, This is not fair you should be thinking about us too, if in COVID we suffered because of corona virus then this was not out fault and by the time we cross the age limit for any government or bank exam even for Public sector commissions too, you have to think about us Sir, its your moral duty to think about our family and for the money we spent till today. Please stop thinking about votes for one time atleast and concentrate on our future and our parents.

I am herewith submitting my humble economic ideas and suggestions with request to please arrange to link citizens issued passpoert data and passport number in the Bank issued EMV based debit/credit cards instead of issuing chip based digital passport so that the citizens can use Bank issued debit/credit card with photo as identity card and as well as electronic passport for international Air travel purpose.

Need for reforms in the Indian judiciary:-
The delay in the trial has been proven to be one of the greatest drawbacks of a court system. If we examine in-depth about why the Indian judiciary is lagging behind, it can be concluded that the issue lies at the grass-root level. The Indian judiciary has struggled to provide justice. People’s levels of difficulty in getting their cases heard contribute significantly to the system’s overall chaos. Delay in justice means the time taken to dispose of a case and the time that the court would spend in determining the matter is delayed.

Govt Has to make it public, the reasons for overstaffing and lengthy hierarchy of certain sector like Public Sector Banks, etc and devise plans for durable orientation., so as to retain an healthy condition in terms of profitability, serving social causes etc., this part should not be left to the business consultants. , like Mckenzie etc., starting with simple ones like introducing a set of suit and tie uniforms, displaying actual staff required and deployed., actual number of offices required and the functioning ones.,presently the government is more concerned in maintaining the old adage of time norms monitoring such things ., undue disciplining in vague areas., this shows a resolve for the next level is not shown. , It should be remembered there are lots of aging and women employees - an uncanny distress is a regular feature - Step in and do not always think of handing the baton to pvt., sector., An able administration can very well rectify wretched anomaly. Proper planning and implementation is within the purview of civic body and law. The road traffic problem is further seriously augmented by frequent unruly rallies of political, religious and social categories with scant consideration for the needs and importance of the commuters and urgency of medical, police and fire brigade works. Please take up the challenge seriously and bring in new strict laws to assure smooth flow for commuters of all kinds.
