Respected pm sir, Our Education system needs to change not only for schools ,colleges but also for the Industrial Training which are part of professional courses, such Industrial Training should be streamlined for example a student of Hospitality or Hotel management is given 4 months /5 months Training in 5 star hotels but if you ask to students regarding how Industrial Training is conducted the real picture will be clear
Education Department will come to know the Grass root level situation of students .
Students of age group hardly 18/19 years are made to work for 12 hours or more than that.
The shift Timings are not fixed, students are made to lift huge Tables and carry to upper floors without lift as if they are Loaders. feedback from students about the Hotel which conducted Training should be published online. IT is for getting exposure of various departments of Hotel Industry but students are made to work in inhuman conditions.

Why can't NFDC co-produce along with private players under PPP model films which are based on history of great leaders, promote tourism etc.

Eg like grand commercial film can be made on Sardar Patel

Revenue model - To generate revenue to self sustain NFDC & also to encourage private player to co-produce such films, following can be done -

1) Govt to give Tax free on such films

2) NFDC can share profit in theatrical rights with Pvt players - India & Overseas rights

3) NFDC can keep right of OTT & Channel rights, which can also generate huge revenue

4) Revenue generated from such film can again invest back to make such commercial important films

माननीय नरेंद्र मोदी जी से निवेदन करता हूं कि आज तक के इतिहास काल में किसी भी सरकार ने चोरी, लूटपाट या घोटाला करने वालों के लिए केवल सजा दिलवाया है लेकिन किसी भी सरकार ने उन्हें समझाने की कोशिश नहीं किया की यह सब करने से गुजारा तो हो जाएगा लेकिन चोरी या घोटाला ना करने से आपके मन को शांति मिलेगी जिंदा तो वैसे भी आप रहेंगे चोरी नहीं करेंगे तो भी जिंदा रहेंगे शायद समझाने का असर अभी ना दिखे लेकिन 10 साल बाद जरूर दिखेगा,

Like you have changed the name of RAJ PATH To KARTAVYA PATH in the same way change the name of MUGHAL GARDEN To RASHTRAPATI BHAWAN GARDEN or in the name of any other freedom fighter. In the same way we should give respect to our freedom fighters, any other person from our country by giving them honour on street name, road name, building name.
