Res,PM ji I have been writing for permanent good quality roads to villages in karnataka. Students fr different villages are studying 30-40 kms away from villages will benefit to travel to schools in busus in rainy seasons. we have no good condition roads to our villages. The MP and MLAs are busy in other activities, they only come when election comes. Fr 10 years coastal area belt of Uttar Kannada dist, yellapur teh village roads are not repaired or new roads given,only 20percent work done.

Technology in education
I am a secondary level school teacher.I want to inform you about ICT in teaching experience.Teachnology can help teachers to assess students performance.During covid 19 pandemic periods we conducted on line classes.Some students whose have a smart phone have good performance.Using ICT in teaching learning process helps create and nurture the most conducive and stimulating learning environment that attracts students.
I shared and used various ICT tools mainly Google form to assess students outcome, Spreadsheet, PPTx, conducted zoom meet, PhET Simulation etc.
I think there are great need of more Smart class (k class ) lead academic support system and students will give attention to learn content using technology in secondary level student.Because secondary education is road-way to higher education.

we need to know about problem about in under pressure and security for best and freedom service.
because doctor want to best service in private and government hospitals also but he have pressure but know one want to know about his problem its problem is not only one department it is problem in every department.
so government people and administration need to assessment of every department in weekly or monthly for solutions of public problem and staff problem.
because government is providing salary for best service.
but public and staff is not satisfied.
everyone's want to government job as like government teacher but government teachers child also why not going in government school.
government will be decide who is get best salary government school or private school.
its mean public lost faith in government school.

Namaskar Sir I would like to bring to your notice that people working in private companies do not have benefits like government employees we do not get pensions nor medical benefits after retirement We have less holidays and after corona holidays are cancelled no guarantee of getting increments unlike pat commission for government employees why such injustice Banks etc in are still working in same manner they were during corona we work for long hours where as government employees hardly work No No am not Jealous but it clear injustice Pls do something for Private Employees

Today we talk about in the faith lost in every department.
India have many talent and bihar have many talent but what is the reason of bihari people best performance in other state as like study for going other state, as like for best treatment for going other state.
but bihar have a best school teacher school but why faith lost in government school anyone want to know or assessment for know about in the faith lost in government school.
as like if cm administration and education officer visit the school and assessment about in education then faith will be automatically come bak everywhere.
same as like conditions in every department as like hospital we have doctors and hospitals but we are going in private hospitals because everyone faith lost in government hospitals.
what is the reason if we have best doctor and hospital the why we are going in private hospitals.

and to develop inside .The problem is the sign to develop inside and develop.so my last point is we all are the people of India every person has problem infact rich problem too have problem so be brave and fought for problem and solve it and remember every problem has atleast one solution and our first job is find the root of problem and solve it in its root
