Mananiya Modiji,Mera naam Shekhar Pandit,Sanawad se hu.Meri ek request hai ki LIC mein jo bhi customer ki policy do yaa tin kisht bharne ke baad lapse ho gayi hai aur kisi reason se renew nahi Kara paayein,toh unhe Paisa wapis milna chahiye.Consumer ki aarthik parishthitiya kabhi aisi ho jaati hai ki woh do yaa tin kisht ke baad policy ko continue nahi rakh paata aur LIC ke rule k mutabik tin lagatar premium bharne par hi claim kar sakte hai.Claim karne k baad bhi kuch percent hii mil paata hai,toh meri aapse request hai ki yadi customer ne ek hii premium ka bhuktaan kiya ho yadi woh renew nahi kara paaya,policy lapse ho gayi ho toh costumer ko uska Paisa milna chahiye.Har insaan din raat ek karke paisa kamata hai aur yadi usse yeah paisa bhi nahi mile toh insaan kuch financial tor per weak ho jaata hai.Yadi LIC paise bhi return nahi karti toh atleast uss lapse policy ko kisi dushari LIC ki kisht bharne ka vikalp de sakti hai.Mera maanna hai ki aise bahut se customer hai,please think.

The law enforcement agency placed under a State’s authority nullifies its impartiality in dispensing law and order. A new model is suggested. The model envisages establishment of an ‘Independent Commission’ to control and oversee its duties and functions.
