Food vendors on the street may be checked for hygienic food. At the entry point of each town there must be cctv to watch traffic inspectors.
There must be common policy for compensation by State for victims of accidents, communal violence.

if we are not making new experts, what will happen only if we deepened on retired people, they are mortal, and we will be zero after that

instead we should utilise the expertise of retired officials to train new people and not re-employing them..

I was watching Nitin Gadkari Sirs speech regarding vehicles operating on hydrogen gas and you are also concerned about clean environment. Why don't we have such hydrogen generation plants in mostly crowded cities where water from sewage can be separated and by electrolysis we can separate hydrogen gas. It can be used as fuel for vehicle and oxygen either can be stored or released in the atmosphere. It can improve oxygen level in polluted cities. gallons of water is used daily in cities and lots of waste water is produced which can be a good source of hydrogen as well as oxygen. In turn cities will remain clean and green.

Currently we are seeing those sanctions on Russia. It should not impact India. If any case sanctions are applied then we should not face such issues. So we need to develop some swift kind of monetary transfers for India that will be organised by RBI.
