Hon'ble sir, it is a great pleasure that I am sharing little views with our Dearest Prime Minister, First of all, I am happy that our country is moving fast towards a greater all round development, I hope, an uniformity in all spheres should be introduced in India to go fast.One nation one law for all citizens should be introduced, employment for unemployed mass should be thought over, not only in government side, also in private institutions, tecnical training for all educated youth, in blocks and panchayat, expert in this line should gear up, and one of the biggest enemy of development is corruption should be rooted out, this corruption is barring many youth to be engaged, yoga education and exercise should be introduced in all schools and colleges, Let us hope for the best for all round development of the country.

Courts while giving stay don't authorize the police to break illegal construction if any till the next hearing.So the offenders simply go ahead with further illegal constructions coz they know if someone complains time will be wasted by going to police..police will simply write they have no authorization from court...if complained in Municipal Corporation they waste 2/3days to take the complaint...another 2-3 days( after lots of visits to MC office ) for an inspection ....ask the offenders to stop construction....another 4/5 days to send the notice....giving sufficient time for bahubali offenders to complete the construction. Once constructed these offenders being all well connected sometimes retired police/vigilance people only know how courts function n how to linger on the case. This is a serious problem in every town/city.Law is only for good people.

Sir at present religion war getting worse. Please do all sub caste in Hindu category make only Hindus in every documents. Why we fighting I'm that caste and this caste ..because of segregation Hindus not holding hand as we are same. And that reservation system was made under casteism.. If we all are introducing we are all only Hindu caste there is no fight for reservation, and all talented fellows get used to work here as they are.out of country our most talented people s are working because they are good at all but they don't get chance to work as govt. Servent...

Respected Sir, I hereby submit the following for your kind perusal,
1) Heights of lanes and small roads are increasing in name of repairing(without scrapping a layer of equal thickness) causing parmanent inconvenience for the residents alongside. Levels of the roads/ lanes shouldn't be increased unless actually necessary.
2) Reservations for SC ST OBC etc. should be only in the recruitment (All) level and promotion (group B &C), only if the list on merit does not contain the required number of such candidates. No other interpretation like clearing the backlog etc. should come in between.
3) The state government shouldn't be allowed to block any Central Department from performing any operation and duly designated Group A officers should be treated as the OC of a police station (for registering FIR etc.)
4) Urgent need of judicial reform to diminish the disturbing power of Bar Associations & organised exploitation of justice seekers.

Sir , We need to focus more on making our borders very secure. Keeping in mind the influx of people in a calamity/economic crisis in their country.BSF has to be made more accountable n processes should be evolved wherein black sheep , corrupt people ,traitors should be punished very quickly n shud lose their jobs .
People in government jobs who indulge in antinational/corrupt practices shud get 3/4 times the punishment that a normal citizen gets in the same case.They do not value their precious government jobs n their services shud be terminated . All these MP, MLA ,police officers, judges, IAS,IPS are there to help citizens n inspite of all powers, perks,status,money...they indulge in malpractices then their sentences shud be more than a normal citizen.
Processes in govt offices are more n more on digital platforms but file movement still depends on the whims of the clerk /concerned person.
Can we have a separate police force dedicated to preventing illegal constructions.

Energy wastage needs to be minimised to save Earth and nature
Street light keep glowing on and a large amount of energy gets wasted. This should be solved.
I have an idea for it.

Energy conservation in street lights by placing I.R sensor. These sensors sense th object in their range and command light on automatically. When there is no object light turns off and this a huge amount of energy can be conserved. It is cost effective and environment friendly both.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी मन की बात में मेरा यही संदेश रहेगा कि जितने भी सरकारी विद्यालय हैं सातवीं से दसवीं तक के सारे विद्यालय में लैब की व्यवस्था कराई जाए लैब के बिना प्रायोगिक परीक्षा में छात्रों को कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है और छात्र प्रायोगिक जानकारी के अभाव में आगे विकास नहीं कर पाता है अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि लैब की व्यवस्था होने से अनुसंधान क्षेत्र में सरकारी छात्र छात्राओं का काफी योगदान होगा
