Pranam Modi ji, Aapne Ek baar Kaha tha ki hum traffic signals rule follow Nahi karte because ye hamari Habbit ban chuki hai , but till today hamne Habbit ko change karne ke liye Koi initiative Nahi liye, which only starts from school
from age 3 to 10 years children's group , in each and every school of India, there should be a basic etiquette period of min half an hour so that children in their early age develop good habbit , how to eat, sit, walk, respect seniors , Swachta
and by doing this adult persons can change their bad habit after seeing their children with good habit.
I think this is the only way we can make it fast movement, to develop good Habbit in all citizens

Respected PM Modi, I am L.Sethuraman from Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I wish to suggest a New Scheme (Yojana) for the welfare of our children's. Every Husband and Wife need a child to fulfill their life. Every Child need a parent to fulfill the life. In our Nation, more child orphanage homes are there. My New Suggested Yojana is Prime Minister's Adoption Scheme (योजना).

If the couple adopted a child means, that child should be covered under this scheme. This scheme should take care of the child's education or the child can get a certain amount at the age of 18. If it is a girl child means, she should get an additional benefit.

This Scheme aims at the Zero Child Orphanage Homes in India, it helps to protect the Childrights.

2. Strongly recommend the following for controlling riots :-
a. The Police should be given a free hand to switch off the mobile phones and internet connections in the city.
b. Use Drones for carrying out reconnaissance of the area prone for riots.
c. Use Agricultural Drones for spraying a compound laced with Mehandi, indelible holi color and turmeric (the compound should remain on their bodies for at least ten days. Create a fear that this compound is inflammable. It would deter the crowds from resorting to burning vehicles and trains.
d. Use carts (similar to the ones in super markets) with barbed wires for restricting the movement of the rioters
e. Use automatic machine guns for spraying rubber bullets on the crowd.
f. Use net guns to trap the crowds and restrict their movements.
g. Use plastic strops to tie their arms behind their backs after they are released from the nets.
h. Let them remain with their arms strapped for a few hours and take statements.

Honourable Sir, there is a need to come up with new Act for Trust, Society , NGO, NPO as they are still governed by acts made in 1860 and era before 1900 year. Also, there is a need to consolidate one act for all india in this mattter.
