I have one concern, the schemes which you introduced to daily wage workers and poor people ( under privilege) are not getting benefited in rural places of India. Facilities are not reached to the end user. So please make sure that new help should reach them in time.

Lockdown in West Bengal is being violated with impunity ,especially in suburban market places.
Special favours are being accorded to businesses dealing in non essential items.
Construction works ate being done in Municipal areas.Under the circumstances the whip needs to be cracked on West Bengal Govt., to contain spread of Covid19.
My personal view is lockdown be persisted with to deal final and decisive blow on the spread of COVID.

I would like to share with you an idea on which you could effortlessly reward the SME/MME by just simply using the data recieved behalf of Arogya Sethu app.

Define a score/marks/grade for a citizen.

Use the following formula :
