Sir, Govt should try to implement special economic zones in all district capitals which will not only reduce population in metros/state capitals but also boost the rural development programs. Youths will get employment in nearby cities instead accumulating in one city.

Dear Modi, The competence and skills are great resource of development and governance. Examination system is its mode of assessment. Huge malpractices in examination has spoiled its sanctity. In spite of exposure of many malpractices, it couldn't be plugged. Huge infusion of people in govt. service through fake edu certificate has brought down the efficiency of admin and has increased the corruption. Immediate measures are required to improve the skill assessment methods and integrity.
