Male insects infected with the Wolbachia bacteria in labs of the city state’s National Environment Agency do not bite, and when released into the wild to breed with females, their eggs do not hatch. The number of cases of the deadly illness has been dropping fast in communities in Indonesia, Vietnam, Brazil and Australia where similar breeding programmes are held.

Can there be amended in Noise Pollution Rules 2000 and introduction of provision for ' Active Study Hours' in residential area under which during important exams like Board, UPSC, States exams there is complete ban of every kind of noise and related instrument causing noise pollution.

This is my request to our PM to talk about Abdul Kalam who talked about vision 2020 for a developed India but what today is happening in India. When young people want to concentrate on their future.
