Respectful sir my question is that why students are not studying in playgrounds in a silent and fresh minded areas?

Responsiblity of individual towards NATURE & NATION. EDUCATION TO ALL should be Compulsory. Large population works as LABOUR for many construction sites allover INDIA but their children didn't have any facilities to grow educated. In my opinion the following laws ought to be made to conserve our natural environment and forest resources
1. Afforestation of the land abandoned after mining
2.. the trees planted by municipal corporation should be supplied by irrigation facilities

Sir , I am thinking that if our school and college authorities and media take some steps to endeavour to understand peoples about CAA and NRC bec the people who are protesting against it most of them (90% citizens of India have misunderstood it and our pol parties and big Personalities of India are trying to afraid them all and the results that we saw violence in many parts of India . RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER SIR,.....Some time ago (may be 1-3 yrs) I had given a suggestion probably under Union Budget Suggestions, that a special consideration be given to my thoughtful suggestion, viz, to plan for and complete A NEW DIRECT RAILWAY LINE BETWEEN AURANGABAD AND AHMEDNAGAR (both in Maharashtra, the distance around 150-200km.). My ideas:(1) Such a broad-gauge line will connect AURANGABAD and GOA via PUNE (Ref. Nizammuddin-GOA Express route), to promote TOURISM,(2) CRIPPLED PATIENTS.
