Hon'ble Prime Minister,
May I take the opportunity to place before you one grave environmental problem facing the State of Assam - the growing man-elephant conflicts. Both have been at the receiving end.
Against such a gloomy backdrop, I fervently appeal to you to address this grave problem in your upcoming popular radio program and the need to work in tandem to mitigate the same. Your appeal for compassion for fellow creatures, I am sure, will make a huge difference.

1.Flexible budget on research for students-science and technology research and social and humanities
2. Budget for skill centres developed only for women- India stands 2nd largest in student population and I immensely doubt how many of these brilliant students still continue to study and develop skills at present day. Skill centres developed especially for women will encourage them to take up whatever work they do as their daily activities or household chores as a source of earning.

Sir we as a country should focus on education, because as we all know shiksha jeevan ki punji hai. But by education it shouldn't only be limited to children but also the middle-aged and old people so that they can get involved in the practice of democracy and don't just go on with the sheep heard. In the recent times I've seen many people who are being a part of the CAB and NRC protests without even knowing what they mean. Education can truly strengthen our nation
