For the posts of Teacher, Doctors and Group A, they have to take a 5 year competency exam. They need to adapt their skills and speed to time to time. The activities of teachers, doctors and Group A officials can determine the future of the country. So the government should conduct examinations once in five years to assess their performance. sir in every villages community hall are being built we can't be able to see better utilisation of these halls. No body in villages are willing to make the best use of it, may be due to many reasons.Noteven 2percent of total community centers are being made use of. It takes around 10lakh RS to construct ordinary hall in a village. It seems like wastage of time money natural resources and everything. The amount can be used to any other developmental activities such as education,employmet etc.

Dear Sir, Would like have our Govt attention around the awareness of PF deduction by small scale companies/businesses wherein employees are uneducated. I would suggest the EPFO should spread the awareness on PF deduction and make it mandatory to schedule training for employees for its benefits and withdrawal process. Also, there need to be enhanced scrutiny and heavy penalties on these companies in case of any non compliance.

Cast base reservation are destroying our society. People need to be removed from this reservation if some one already taken benefit from this , their child should not get benefit from this. We need to help people who really need it. ones He/ she get benefited like got job then need to remove from next reservation and reduce the reservation list and finish at some point of time.

Sir,the main problem of most of the higher class student is that they have a lot of pressure from parents,teachers,relatives,etc.. Our parents and teachers are helping us a lot to improve in our studies,but because of the stress,tension and lack of sleep we are not able to concentrate in our studies.How to concentrate more in my studies rather than doing exercise,meditation, which will be told always.

Govt are spending lots of tax payer money in social scheme, but it's not giving result because we are not result oriented and the poor people are increasing daily basis in govt document
