Mera registration gst me ho gya tha but mai composition sceam nhi le paya ...tha jo ki aj maine composition sceam k liye enrollment krnwane k liye sale tax k office gya ...but composition sceam me enrollment nhi pya unhone btya ki site ne composition sceam me enrollment bnd ho gya hai ...mai ab kya kru ??? Mere jaise kafi businesses man honge jinko composition sceam leni hogi ...jb ki id ki last date aaj thi. Plz hel us

Respected sir,
I am Coal Traders and buy Coal by E-auction (MSTC or Mjunction) any of NCL ,BCCL , SECL etc. of Coal India Ltd. In GST Govt. Says that the five year State Compensation Cess Rs. 400.00 will be taken.So once I paid the State Compensation Cess Rs. 400.00 with the coal value Per tonne to the NCL ,BCCL , SECL etc.So Whether this State Compensation Cess have to charge into Resell of coal by traders? Please give the ans

all expense are covered under 5,000/-per day or vehicle Maintenance Expenses and food and Brevrages are not covered ???
please tell me how can manage reverse charges.
