Dear sir main obstacle for people to build their own house is black money involved in purchase of site.
Eg: For a 30*40 site , a seller takes Rs. 20,00,00 and registers it at Rs.6,00,000. Plz bring a law to stop this loot

sir the main obstacle for #Housing4all is black money while selling of sites.
Eg: 30*40 site  may officially costs 6,00,000 but the seller takes 20,00,000 and register it for 6,00,000. which is a bad sign for economy, please bring a policy pertaining to it!!

Urban India is struggling with a number of concerns such as traffic congestion, spiraling property prices, lack of parking space and pollution. Though schemes such as Smart city and AMRUT have been launched, it will take some time before we see the ground impact of these. Smart and practical solutions are the need of the hour as to see short-term results. What steps are being taken by the government to address the issues? Is it a good idea to involve academicians for innovative solutions?

Sir,In urban areas building house is very difficult.I think houses can be made instead of constructing. As part of make in India if companies can make spare parts of different models of houses(like automobile manufacturing)by using steel, plastic & seasoned wood etc. people can reduce the implementation time.I think making this as a trend we may get huge possiblity of many things.

Sir,I think in many states, govt owned bus transport corporations are under loss.So making these corporations into profit may be possible if we can go for PPP models. If PPP models can accommodate induviduals also apart from big companies that will be a big solution for unemployment. And we can make many std procedures in this business.

Be visionary, Make reducing migration a key consideration in plan for City Development. Thrust must be on developing Mega cities in Bihar, Eastern UP, Jharkhand, Odisha. Even a small percentage of population from these population heavy states will alter demographic character of cities you are focusing one. However, even a large percent population shift from population light state will not change character of these cities if you develop them in population heavy states.

I am confounded by the thrust of your policy. Is it to increase population in existing large center or creating new urban centers. You want to encourage demographic shift and promote more migration or check migration by developing new centers in Eastern UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. Not sure if ministry has applied its mind to the problem emanating from large scale migration, increasing population pressure on existing city. focus on setting up 4 mega cities in East UP, 6 in BH, 6, JH 5 in OD
