Govt should make mandatory fixing of - Blinking hanging small lights (as in Festivals Marraige Decoration) to be placed to Protrudingiron roads, or back of Sand tippers etc where rear indicators not working. Fine them heavily if not follow. A special Checking Team required on all Highways to enforce these things like Elmination of Drunken driving etc.
