English is not just another language to Indians, it is a Professional medium of communication, our School Text books to Govt communications to even talking to you here is in English, yet Indian English does not have an International recognition though we have it as a subject, we still have to write IELTS or TOEFL for getting employed when we are abroad. The IIM Bill 2015,aims at bringing in more accountability to the IIMs in line with the corporate world. However, the bill has not envisaged the changing competitive landscape of management education in India. There is no autonomy given to IIMs in fixing the remuneration of faculty,given that they have to compete with private and global institutions for attracting talent.

Dear madam, government is forcing our primary teachers to teach with the wrost PRAGNA approach in standard 1 to 5.dont you believe that each teacher has his own ability and vision educate his student..A teacher will do better if government allow him to decide the way of teaching..the grond reality shows that PRAGNA approach has been applied to spend money by SSAM..so govt should close this useless approach.
