Govt. ( Central / State ) should discontinue to Revise Pay Scale of Employees, wherever Monthly D.A. are enhanced based on WPI increased. This is not justified with Tax Paying Public Money. Although D.A. percentage can be increased, suitably.

Postal Life Insurance facility should be extended to all Factory Workers and Employees working in Non - organized Sector. Employees of this sector are totally ignored whereas they contribute 80% to Countries Economy.

Sincerely requested for change of Education System for the benefit of future GEM of the Nation, since 80% children skip Breakfast and are not used to go for effication before leaving for school. Both Habit are prone to diseases in Early Age.

sir, Introduce Gratuity Authority of India @ the earliest.Employees working in private company change the jobs frequently and employees loose the gratuity amount or not getting the amount.For this purpose start the Gratuity Authority of India and collect the gratuity amount monthly basis and deposit to the Gratuity A/C No. like Employees Provident Fund.Every employees can open a Gratuity account number and can keep this account till he retire,and GAI can transfer directly to the employees.
