contd..b). As regards various Personal modes of taxi-like conveyances-Network of Taxi (incl App-based)/Rickshaw(all types) STANDS should be constructed and Authorised. EMPTY or PROWLING taxis/rickshaws should NOT be allowed to move AT ALL. This would drastically reduce the Indian Traffic congestions, BESIDES facilitating the prospective passengers to easily head for the nearest STAND of Taxi/Rickshaw. UNAUTHORISED AND VACANT MOVEMENT OF taxis/Rickshaws should be heavily fined too in the MV Act,

Honourable PM Saheb!1. Since the myGOV link/Forum was introduced in 2014 - I had sent just ONE suggestion which is the ROOT CAUSE of all ILLS that have befallen this great country - OUR EVER-GROWING POPULATION. Not a single National Govt Policy has initiated ANY CONCRETE Policy neither enacted any LAW to curb Our Population.
2. As regards the MV Act to be amended - Please consider: a). MINIMUM LITERACY ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AS 12TH PASS - THE RESULTS CAN BE SEEN BY ALL IN THE FUTURE! Contd.

Dear & Respected PMji,The 3 major issues not only India but also in the word are POPULATION,POLLUTION & TERRORISM.And I think Population is the main cause of rest of the two.Though every individual has the responsibility to think and act accordingly but also the Govt. should frame out certain rules/regulations/laws for birth control irrespective of any cast, creed or religion(it the high time).

Dear respected Modi ji
Only one or two topics should be selected for Mann ki Baat like problems of roads, electricity etc and nothing else. Roads in UP are still in very bad conditions. MPs or MLAs hardly pay visits to their areas and listen to public. They come during election time only WITH FOLDED HANDS. You ask them to visit their areas and hold meetings like they do during elections. No benefit comes out this way in Maan ki Baat. It is your Maan ki baat not of PUBLIC.

Dear Sir, People involved in adulteration of food are rarely punished for their heinous crime. There should be no escape for such criminal and there should be stringent guidelines on use of chemicals in food. I completely understand the need of increasing shelf life of perishable products however this should not be at the cost of people’s health.
The leniency provided in law results in extreme like milk from urea or paint. This is something that has to be dealt on an urgent basis
