Entire Legal process MUST NOT treat him as “liability” subsequently “Victimize” his /her family

मैं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कुछ विचार रखना चाह रही हूं।
1प्राथमिक शिक्षा को उच्च स्तर का बनाया जाए।
2प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को निजी क्षेत्र से मुक्त किया जाए।
3 प्राथमिक विद्यालय का सतत निरीक्षण हो।
4आवश्यकता है उच्चशिक्षा प्राप्त शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में समर्पण के साथ पढाने वाले शिक्षक हो।
5 प्राथमिक विद्यालय में पढाने वाले शिक्षकों का वेतन उच्च हो।
6पायलेट स्टडी के रुप में कुछ जिलों में काम कर देखा जाए निश्चित रूप में अच्छा प्रदर्शन होगा।

Many people get love marriages (LM) against parents'wish.Then their families have to face many problems &may commit suicide.Hence,people who get LM against parents' wish should loose right on parents' property because:If anyone in their families is not beautiful,handicapped .. then getting marriage is not easy due to this love marriage.So "if the LM couple loose right on property", their family members can get more property &can get marriage.

But, in two conditions divorce can be given:
1) if anyone of the couple did not get divorce and cheat new spouse that he/she got divorce.
2) If anyone of the couple's spouse is alive,but he/she cheats other that his/her spouse is dead.

In India,we have flyovers(FO) in many cities.Muncipal Corporations (MCs)can get income by conducting exhibitions on FO.In a year,we have 52 sundays,3 national holidays& many festivals.During holidays, traffic is very less.So,If MCs conduct exhibitions on FO during holidays,they can get more income.The stalls in exhbition may be electronic,automobilie,food,books,cloth,local handicrafts,start up companies. One of the major problem of today's is corruption. I want to suggest you a very simple technique to reduce corruption at one stroke. One of the main corruption in our India is at Municipality/Panchayat level. Office ombudsman at these institutions often book large fake bills and siphon off the money to fill their personal coffers. There would be certain items whose production would need to be increased due to rising International or Domestic demand (and there would also be certain items whose production may need to be reduced due to falling demand).
Normally this information is kept only withing top echelons of Govt Machinery and select corporate houses....I feel that such information should be WIDELY PUBLICISED to give a general direction to society, AND CREATE A PRODUCTIVE ATMOSPHERE.
