I suggest so many housing schemes started under different Govt.s most of them are not properly completed lying unoccupied for lack of amenities and poor construction,please rectify the shortcomings and put those for use otherwise it is a criminal wastage.Similarly so many small and medium projects are in-comlete stage,those also to be completed and put to use.i suggest any work sanctioned by state or central Govt.a nodal agency should monitor till asset is created and put to use properly
If we are able to implement GST properly, would it be safe to calculate national income on market cost rather than factory cost?

I am an employee of foodgrain Dept and India has no post harvest management education system in food grains storage and preservation, whereas it is most important field like defence of country, will u write to PM for introduction of such courses in all universities and send me a copy of it so that some practical on paper may be evident otherwise it will bury down for ever.

gov. make an grain account for particular bpl people who get itwhen they needed it by there swipping the card.
its possible with digital india program its save approx 400 cr rs yearly from corrupt selling.
