Sir, One of the problems affecting lakhs of individuals is the lack of transparency in the maintenance of land records. Registering authorities, who are basically government employees and the Metropolitan Development officials, seem to be immune to law of the land. In the last 4 years or so, land records have been computerised, giving a semblance of order and transparency. But those who had purchased land say more than 35 years ago, say in the 80s, are in an unenviable position, as some as some of the land parcels have been marked as 'Anadheenam", and the seller is unable sell as the access is denied in the computer system. It is appalling that even the High Court does not seem to be concerned about the harassment to which these hapless citizens are being subjected to, and the Court appear least interested to raise any question against the government agencies, in spite of the fact that these individuals keep paying the property and municipal taxes. Can something be done?

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir I wish to talk about our Zero Waste colony, Navjeevan Vihar, Delhi. Here Navjiwan RWA with support from residents has created zero waste model. For the last 5 years, entire colony is segregating waste. All the wet & green waste is composted inside the colony. Dry waste is sent to the recyclers. The dhalao has been converted into a beautiful RRR Centre. Every Sunday discarded items like clothes, footwear, utensils, furniture, books etc are collected and given to NGOs. Plastic and Ewaste is collected and sent to recyclers. In the last 5 years, we have saved nearly 6 lakh kg of waste from going to landfill. We have 9 Rainwater Harvesting pits. The domestic helps are incentivized for waste segregation by providing them free biodegradable sanitary napkins every month for last 5 years. We have a strict no littering policy in the colony. HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER, ncte guidelines 2018 के अनुसार मैंने b.tech. + b.ed. किया था और ctet और uptet में primary aur upper primary दोनों exam qualified किया था लेकिन s.c. के फैसले के कारण मेरे 5 साल व्यर्थ हो गए क्योंकि अब मैं ना तो primary teacher बन सकता हूँ और ना ही tgt teachers बन पा रहा हूं। teacher's exams में ncte की guidelines के बाद भी अधिकांश teachers exam में b.tech. को eligible नहीं मान रहे हैं जिसके कारण b.tech +b.ed. students ncte के द्वारा धोखे का शिकार महसूस कर रहे है। कृपया ncte के guidelines के अनुसार सभी tgt exams में b.tech. को eligible मानने के लिए आदेश करे धन्यवाद
