आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी, राम-राम मेरा छोटासा पिम्परी पेंढार गांव महाराष्ट्र के पुणे जिले के छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज की जन्मस्थल जुन्नर तहसील में आता है। पुणे से १०० की.मी. की दुरी पर है। इस छोटेसे गांव में, आप एक बार आ जाये, उसके लिए मै शांताराम बो-हाडे आपको बड़ी विनम्रता से निवेदन करता हूँ। उसका कारण ही ऐसा है , इस छोटेसे गांव के सभी युवक "सबका साथ सबका विकास " का मंत्र लेकर इस गांव के लिए दिन रात काम कर रहे है। ४२ साल के युवक "विमलेश गांधी " ने मेरे गांव के सभी युवकोंको एक बंधन में गांव के विकास के लिए जोड़ा है। और उन्होंने “पिम्परी पेंढार सोशल यूथ फाउंडेशन” युवा संस्था बनाके चला रहे है। गांव में विमलेश के साथ लगभग १५० युवक, वर्ष २०१९ से हर महीना गांव के लिए ५०० रुपये देते है। इसके बावजूद गांव में किसी परिवार के घर आकस्मिक कार्यक्रम जैसे शादी, विवाह, निधन के कारणवश गांव के सदस्य यथा शक्ति फाउंडेशन को योगदान करते है। उसी पैसे से युवक गांव का अविश्वसनीय विकास कर रहे है। युवकोंने किये हुए कुछ ही विकास कामों का सरल वर्णन के लिए Attachment देखे। (शांताराम बो-हाडे, ९९२२९२६७८५)

Privatise EPFO on the lines of passport services. One of the worst-managed Govt.Departments - pathetic responses, zero clarity on policies/rules, zero accountability, bogus grievance handling systems, painful website! Dealing with them is a nightmare. Different officials give different responses to the same query. Even same officer gives different responses to the same query on different occasions. They wouldn’t give receipt acknowledgement in the first place, would misplace important documents, and would later ask for their acknowledgement in order to track the lost document. Unfortunately, the EPFO happens to be the most critical department for service class & pensioners - that accounts for the majority of our population. No less than complete transformation of EPFO will help the middle-class!

Some states have their own flag representing foundation but without combination with Indian flag. Not sure if it creates disharmony between states and common people of India in distinguishing them. Not sure how a different state flag without Indian flag is permissible in the constitution. Sorry I just express my thoughts. We are One India with rich in cultural things. All states should aim to unite people. If we divide like one culture is better than other or flag or language then how can we achieve total wisdom with unity. God itself is one. Not sure what is the best thought on it.

Nowadays lawyers are sending notice via WhatsApp. Is this allowed judiciously with privacy norms of social media? Notice is itself few days or week short time in different or same city. Is this the way of justice? I would suggest to stop such malpractice since WhatsApp etc are social media and any personal issues can’t be dealt like this. Though I don’t have such thing in particular but I am trying to figure out for other common people facing such issues from one state to another
