Integrated Circuits and Semiconductor manufacturing should open new revenue stram and add to India GDP and help reduce money outflow on import. GOI is making a significant progress promoting this sector. What is required is US DOGE type efficiency measurements of Government ministries, PSUs, Government services functions at centre and state level. This should be a measure of performance of the government. We need this to improve all government functions.

As education levels rise and aspirations grow, many young people find themselves without suitable jobs, despite their qualifications and potential. This situation leads to frustration, economic stress, and, in some cases, social unrest. Several factors contribute to youth unemployment, including a mismatch between skills and job market demands, lack of access to vocational training, limited opportunities in rural areas, and slow job creation in key sectors. In developing countries, this problem is often worsened by rapid population growth and inadequate infrastructure. However, the youth are not just a challenge—they are a powerful force for change. With the right support—such as skill development programs, entrepreneurship opportunities, digital literacy, and mentorship
