State engineering colleges and IIT's should take responsibility to guide and mentor ITI's for new age knowledge infusion. They could invite, develop and discuss ITI faculties in and around their influence area of 100-200 km.. There could be Adarsh ITI model in every Tehsil of state.

ITI could be linked to nearby village schools for lecture and experiment knowledge transfer.e.g we can shoot relevant and efficient lecture and lab exercises given by teachers/professors and science teachers. All teachers in villages can take help of these lectures when teaching students.

All students from class 8-12 in rural area should visit nearest ITI and school management facilitate their visit as part of curriculum at least two times a year. . This would inspire curiosity and experimentation among students.ITI could invite talented students to be part of lab exercises occasionally.

ITI should be converted as patent center, innovative poor can come file patent with the help of officials, those who are 8 pass can innovate here and get degree, ITI=Indian Innovation Center IIC, there will be a standard lab, standard computing database center, train innovators to convert a small dolls tools into commercial product. It is "business breeding house" for the entire community around, it would have loan system, scholarship, patent, all connected to a common server.

I am a resident of a village of buxar district in Bihar. I am very glad as an ITI college is opened at the outer of power village. In Bihar ITI colleges on private ownership has came up in a large manner, may be due to some state govt policies. But ground reality is heartbreaking. Because due to such private colleges the ethics of education suffered a lot. First of all such colleges are being made on very fertile lands by rich people manly from Delhi NCR by all means. Student are promised for jo

The feedback of most ITI is very poor. Students are not so skilled to have independent job with confidence. Analysis of IT impact and restructuring for long term befits is demand to divert youth to self job.

Government established ITIs are running good and providing good knowledge to the students.
But the ITIs established by private owners are not good because they are running without full filling the norms of government.

I can just say at ITI we are creating academic followers who have knowledge in there domain but they don't have any idea about how to potray and showcase there skills on the job. Apart from subject knowledge no body is intrested to work on them in imparting other daily life essential skills because of which there pay cheques in future doesn't match there knowledge.Practical knowledge they can learn but to reach till that level and match the competition level they need other variants of skills .

Though having engineers as lecturers, instructors, Government Polytechnic, Dahod rely on outside people to mend smallest of problems either in repairing of construction, computers, electricity, etc. And it is always time consuming. e.g.Repairing a fan takes more than six months As it is an technical institute, its easy for them to do small mending on their own by engineering staff. This can also become a realtime example/apprentice to students on various small tasks. It must get changed so.
