How the banks are centralised the same way all the central govt and state govt dept should be centralised and should have a link ..we can give offers to top software companies to do this project and can give some offers to the software companies who are ready to take this project. the project should get ready with min few months and it should be reach all the peoples . so first can give some trail basis software for some depts if it works we can implement to all the govt departments.

govt staffs means they are in public service ..but how many have a feel that they are in public services. they feel its a work .if they are treating like a services govt and public both will get benifit. y iam telling these all things means one we did these all automatically country will look forward in everything. after that no need to push anybody when everything from top to bottom gets perfect then only can expect good result. if any one goes out of perfect never expect good result..
