My idea about the design is to represent maximum of proposed initiatives in symbolic way.
I have highlighted the crops in my design as we belong to an agricultural country while using a theme of tricolor from our national flag.
Included symbol of currency for financial growth and in middle part the gear represent the labour class who plays an important role as well, while in the center a women and a child represents the motive of their growth as well.

सर्वप्रथम भारत सरकार के इस सराहनीय कदम के लिये भारत सरकार का हार्दिक अभिनंदन । मेरे अनुसार इस योजना का नाम "ग्रामीण आर्थिक सुधार योजना" होना चाहिये तथा इसका ध्येय वाक्य "ग्रामीण उज्जवल, देश उज्जवल " होना चाहिये ।

RUFFE-Rural & Urban Financial Freedom by Empowerment -Tag Line (Financial Freedom for All). The Man and woman symbol depicts the equality in gender, The colors represent our National Flag, Ashok Chakra depicts Truth, The wings shows the growth & The crop symbolizes prosperity.

Tag Line: "NA KOI DAR NA KOI DUVIDHA"

The logo is inspired from the iconic one rupee coin. Wheat crop is originating out of Rupee Symbol enclosing a rural family, which symbolizes finance from Government for the people. The circular crop around the family symbolizes protection, care and help.

Since few people are afraid of document works for banks and loans , therefore i chose this tagline.

Tag Line: Aapka Gullak, Aapke Paas
Logo shows a Gullak outline with money and ATM and other accessories with a cart wheel, showing it is arriving there. In our villages, people are still saving money in their gullaks. And the name Bankwala refers to pheriwala which they are very familiar with. I had made the logo and name, to make the campaign familiar just by its name and logo, so that more and more people join the process easily.
