Job creation in Industrial and Agriculture Sectors:
A. Industrial Sectors:

1. Identify, those industrial estates/areas (mainly A class industrial Areas -among existing ones) that can be converted to develop Smart Cities -of varying sizes from population of 50000 to 5 lakhs- around them. It will hugely help the issue of attracting talent to work in industrial areas. Just compare Jamshedpur with Pithampur Industrial area in M.P.
2. Provide best quality physical & social infrastructure in all Ind

Highlights: The approximate number of people required in all kinds of jobs in all sectors shall be provided to the citizens. Equal opportunity for all kinds of jobs. Establishing a center (including an online center) for finding jobs that will suite one's skills could boost the job creation, employment and greatly progress society.

5. Special benefits to be provided for Women entrepreneurs.
6. Encouragement for handicrafts and traditional businesses across all part of the country.
7. Special benefits to NRIs who wants to start business in India.

1. Single window system for govt. services right from permit, land acquisition to the sales of the finished product for entrepreneurs.
2. limit of Tax benefit to the industrialist based on amount of jobs created. Depending upon sectors, investment & ability of entrepreneur, policy shall be made.
3. Encouraging SWADESHI Products by giving benefits for Small scale industries.
4. Foreign companies in FMCG sector to be discouraged slowly.

Lots of skill and unskilled people are attracting to do job in Gulf. These labour supply by private consultant and they are not reliable at all. 90% they are taking good bribe amount from labour and putting them in problem. So Govt should open the consultancy which is under central ministry, who will protect labour rights like money , health and other aspect which effect to their future. Monthly amount to be fixed from employer , deposit in India bank as Gratuity of labour. PVT TO STOP

There is no special need of creating jobs, jobs are readily available everywhere but it is essential to design job oriented courses with 10 or 20% Theory & remaining Practice with Professional Approach under the Guidance, control & supervision of Skilled Trainers. Plus finally guidance and support for entrepreneurship development is required.

Unemployment and Law and order are biggest problems facing India. L&O problems stem from lack of enforcement which in turn is due to paucity of police personnel.The present ratio is one policeman per 1000 people or more. Some policemen turn situation to their advantage and where they can not control, take money and let off thus breeding corruption. Double or even treble police force with honest eager energetic educated youth to improve law enforcement thus create employment and rid corruption
