Also there is single approval system i mean no manufacture have to go central government and state government separately to set up industry.

I think to boost the industry we must have the dept. or something that which help the manufacture to get rid of any government related issue rather then to go to each dept. to clear this thing that thing.

To start with, i will like to see improvement in government sector of Science & technology with bodies like CSIR, ICAR, state universities becoming more marker oriented.
Our upcoming generation of PHD's should be given opportunities to implement their ideas. The extension given to the old lot where scientists work upto age of 65 in areas where half life of their knowledge is 3-4 years i.e in biotechnology should be stopped. Give opportunity to young generation and not extension to old ones.

India has a full strength of resources either man power land, minerals etc.In spite of that we have poor economy due to poor vision and proper utilization of our valuable resources.India runs EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Program ). It has great potency to solve our economy & unemployment but its execution part is so poor that we can't achieve our goal.the executives either do not understand its objective or they are only involve themselves for money making through this program. We need to focus on R&D. That will bring more jobs in our hand. When we will create something exclusive we can produce it on a mass level and export them to other. This will increase employment in the country. Our education system needs to modify from theory to practical oriented. Today there are many things which are useless is being taught, should be eliminated from the syllabus. We can produce our own 'OS', 'Browser' etc. which can beat others. We need to be product oriented.

KRISHIDUT is new concept where two young educated progressive farmers from each village should selected by gov and they should trained in nearby state agriculture university about new practices in farming sector processing, organic farming etc and these young dynamic krishiduts will further disseminate technology and help in creation of jobs. there training should be finance by carporate sector (CSR) or by gov itself.

employment in agriculture sector can be improved by promoting horticulture tourism in nearby metro and big cities. ( theme park, pluck your own fruit/vegetable and cook your own) eg. Konkan region in Maharshtra nearby Mumbai have big oportinity. central gov should launch scheme for horticulture tourism and support farmers financially for initial establishment.

The synergy is answer. The coordination b/w three sectors are very important. Lets encourage industries which runs on local resources. Ex: sunflower related industries in sunflower grown area. Discussion about new policy with all three sectors in one go. So that problems can be solved more effectively

Manufacturing/Industries: Foundry and Forging are the back bone of the manufacturing sector, Steel and Aluminium are the major Raw Material , Government must reduce excise duty and corporate Tax, This will boost over all business sentiment in the country. It will help us to compete in the international markets and generate huge revenues to the country and job creations. the governmen might suffer some set back in revenue initially , but end of 1 or 2 years this will give big boost to the country

Agriculture Sector The government of India and States must open up the agriculture sector to every Indian and Indian Based Companies.So that fresh Knowledge, Technology and Funds flow into this sector. Rural and Agriculture based MSME and SME industries must be allowed in rural area and designated land must be made available for every 50 to 70 villages, Free trade of agriculture goods must be permitted with in India and also export. state government to change APMC rules make it market friendly
