A strong centrally managed ERP system is required to manage the distribution of medicines, food and other benefits to the intended recipients. Right now there is a lack of visibility in the system and also a large amount of leakage. An effective ERP system can plug the holes and bring in visibility.

The first and foremost practice to be followed is grievance readdressal. Most of the government sites take the grievances but nobody cares to address the grievances. To make the bureaucratic system more answerable i suggest to involve the efficiency at which the grievances are addressed as part of their performance reports. Introduce tickets through kiosks in railway and bus stations. Few inessential government services should be made paperless and online with aadhar data. data security lastl

many students cannot buy textbooks, due to highcost, and unavailability in libraries....in wikipedia.org, a project is started, aiming to create, ""open source digital text books"", from lkg to graduation, our govt must start a " open source digital text book platform" for poor, like wikipedia open souce textbooks, where anyone can create content, then students who were in dark can come out....

imagine, what happens, if govt creates a website, which can connect sellers( below photos, they are farmers) with buyers(farmers, who want products), ....like google connects, users, with content...then there will be farming revolution in india, farmers( buyers) can buy quality products(below)from buyers( farmers, below,who made them)... in a single platform, which will create tremendous employment, and we can export them, if we get chance...

2)site ted.com ...3) site http://m.youtube.com/user/minutephysics......2)3) for college science & phd students, most popular and famous, lucid explanation, ....indian govt can recommend this site,and can put on wall of every college, like rule and must give marks, for activity based learning, if they complete, these videos, because this can shift minds towards research surely.....only extra work is translating content to local lang, if required...
