Holi the festival of colours if played in a proper way is enjoyable. Dry Holi not only saves water but also frees skin from diseases which occur due to wet Holi and infectious chemicals. Thus the message of the emailer is " Dry Holi saves many lives" - this also has reference to save water. A beautiful projection of a lake in the hands and butterflies flying away means water makes life joyous. This is true because without water we can not even imagine life. This Holi, Dry Holi - the message.
