Inviting all Students of Itanagar to participate in the Smart City planning process and be a part of the following competitions hosted by Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC). Through these competitions our objective is to reach out to these young citizens and understand their dreams and aspirations for their city. Prizes shall be provided for each category.

Eligibility:
All students of Class IX to Class XII – including both classes.

Competitions:

1. Essay writing competition
Write an essay on the topic “My Dream Smart City: Itanagar”
Word limit: 1000
2. Drawing / Painting competition:
Create a drawing/painting in the topic “My Dream Smart City: Itanagar”
Paper size: A4 or A3.

Prizes
First prize - Rs. 5000/-
Second prize - Rs. 3000/-
Third prize - Rs. 2000/-
+ Many consolation prizes
+ Smart City Co-creator certificate for all participants
+ Special prize to schools with maximum number of entries
Winners will be announced and prizes awarded on 20th day of February 2017 at the prestigious Statehood Day function.

The decision of IMC (Itanagar Municipal Council) for selecting the winner shall be treated as Final

Important Note: Students who want to submit hard copies of their entries can submit at Itanagar Municipal Corporation / School Principal.
