Namchi Municipal council encourages students and children’s of the city to participate in the in the smart city mission of government of India and invites children’s and students of Namchi to participate in Essay Writing Competition for “Namchi of my dreams” (English), and “Mere Sapno ka Namchi”.

• Maximum word limit - 500 words
• All the essays must be submitted in .pdf (PDF) format
• Students can submit their essay in – English or Hindi.
• All the residents can participate in this open essay competition on https://mygov.in

The top 3 essays will be awarded -

1st Prize - Rs 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees only)
2nd Prize - Rs 3,000 (three Thousand Rupees only)
3rd Prize - Rs 2,000 (Two Thousand Rupees only)
• 50 best entries will be given consolation prize of Rs 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only)

The competition shall be closed on 25th November, 2015.

• All the entries must be submitted online through https://mygov.in. No other medium of submission should be accepted.

• The winner will be chosen on the basis of conciseness, originality of the content and ideas and implementable & bankable action points. The decision of Namchi Municipal Council on selection of first 3 winners and consolation prize shall be treated as final. No copying will be allowed.

• It will be assumed that whoever is participating in the essay has fully understood the general information and terms-conditions given hereby.

• Namchi Municipal Council reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the competition and/or the terms/condition without notice.
