As part of the Ministry of Urban Development’s Smart City Challenge, the Oulgaret Municipality is launching a photo competition for all residents of Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry.

The theme for the competition is "Oulgaret Municipality - Gateway to rich culture, heritage & spirituality"

Entries are to be submitted to: www.mygov.in

Eligibility: High resolution image (larger than 3264 X 2448)

Rules: Caption of less than 10 words.

Languages: English

Last date for submission is 25th November, 2015.

FIRST PRIZE: Rs 5,000 (Five Thousand Only)

Terms and Conditions

1. The winner shall be chosen on the basis of originality, creative flair and relevance to the idea of Smart City we are promoting.
2. The Name, D.O.B and contact information of the participant must be mentioned in the entry.
3. The decision of Oulgaret Municipality for selecting the winner shall be treated as final.
4. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
5. The submitted and winning entries shall be property of the Oulgaret Municipality and they shall have rights to use the idea.
