Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I am a NEET PG aspirant under General category, writing to bring to your attention the difficulties faced by General category students in the current counseling system. Issue of Dual Pool Access: At present, OBC candidates can compete for seats in both Open (50.5%) and their reserved OBC (27%) quota, while General candidates can compete only in Open seats which is also taken by other category candidates. This creates a situation where at the same rank, one category has access to 77.5% seats and General can't get branch. I humbly request that for Postgraduate medical education, which is a super-specialty merit-based training, selection be done purely on the basis of NEET PG rank for all categories. Also sir the counselling registration fees is 25k for general and 10k for other categories. Sir you mentioned Sabka desh Sabka vikas. I hope this all reservation system be removed as general candidates are affected more Voice of General

I am Satya Swaroop Nune, an undergraduate at Plaksha University, Mohali. Along with Prof. Siddharth, I started Project Bharatam with a simple question: what if we could see the Indian subcontinent not merely as modern countries and states, but as civilisation shaped by centuries of movement, exchange and shared memory? Project Bharatam is a growing digital map and repository of this civilisational geography across time, connecting places, people, history, mythology, folklore, religions, art, science, literature, trade, pilgrimage and journeys. It currently has 1,872 entries. It is an effort to preserve and disseminate knowledge often scattered across communities, local traditions and sources. I hope citizens across India will help build this living repository. If you know of a monument, local legend, temple, mosque, church, gurudwara, monastery, craft, tradition, historical figure, ancient route or connection between places, add it to the map. To explore: projectbharatam.org

Proposal for the Future of Indian Football Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji, Pranam. I am writing to you today with a dream shared by millions of young Indians: seeing our Tiranga fly high at the FIFA World Cup. Under your visionary leadership, India has witnessed a historic sports revolution. From the Olympics to the Paralympics, our athletes are breaking records, and programs like Khelo India have transformed sports from a mere hobby into a proud career path for the nation’s youth. Today, I want to draw your kind attention to a sport that captures the hearts of millions of young Indians every day—Football. Football is not just a game; it is a powerful tool for social transformation. It teaches teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Across India—from the fields of Kerala and Goa to the hills of the Northeast, and the streets of Bengal and Jharkhand—there is an immense, untapped passion for the beautiful game. To turn this passion into global success, I humbly suggest a focused roadmap under

Greetings to Respected Prime Minister sir, I request you to address the issue of 'Normalization of Corruption' and People who still openly promote bribery, i wanted to become an assistant proffessor, when i asked people how to become one , People are openly saying that you have to pay money in crores to us then you can secure a seat as an proffessor ,In my college people are openly talking about that for money .This is clearly creating threat and fear to manipulate. My question was if one has to pay money than why there is need to study so much and acquire skills. And how can people so openly talk about bribery. Is the fear ended. Please address this issue. As due to this the deserving candidates are backed off..How will bharat will become viksit if these issues still prevail in smaller towns.Bharat is seen viksit in metro cities but what about the grass roots.. the smaller towns

Respected Prime Minister Sir, As a passionate supporter of Indian sports, I kindly request you to discuss the proposed "Sports Passport" framework in an upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat. Allowing eligible Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) athletes to represent India without surrendering their foreign citizenship would be a game-changer. Tapping into our talented global diaspora will give our national teams an immediate competitive edge in sports like football, basketball, and tennis. This policy will rapidly accelerate India's progress toward qualifying for the FIFA World Cup and dramatically maximize our medal counts ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics and our historic 2036 Olympic host bid. I urge the government to fast-track the legal clearance for this framework so India can maximize its potential on the global sporting stage. Thank you, Sir.

**Subject: Proposal for Compulsory Patriotism & Civic Responsibility Education** Respected Sir, With utmost respect, I propose the introduction of **“Patriotism & Civic Responsibility Education” as a compulsory subject** in all educational institutions across India. I have been nurturing this idea for more than a decade. A strong nation needs not only skilled citizens, but also **honest, disciplined, responsible and compassionate citizens** who understand their duties towards the Constitution, society and the nation. My vision, called the **“Bharatiyam Concept”**, is based on the principle: **“Every Citizen is a Soldier of Nation-Building.”** The subject may cover civic duties, moral values, discipline, cleanliness, environmental protection, community service, national integration and practical social activities. I humbly request the Hon’ble Prime Minister to kindly consider this proposal for **Viksit Bharat@2047**. **Yours faithfully,** **Subhash Das, Tripura**
