Respected Narendra Modi Ji, our beloved Prime Minister, who has given us the feeling that we belong to this country and the country belongs to us. I have a suggestion. Now that we already have so many “Sulabh Sauchalay” centers, we can use human waste to generate electricity, as many cities around the world already do. Instead of letting sewage become an environmental hazard, modern waste-to-energy technologies turn human excreta (feces and urine) into a renewable power source. Not just that, the byproducts and residuals can be a great source of high-quality manure. The best part is that if the right systems are built, though they involve initial investment, waste from homes can also be utilized. Somehow, we already have this, but my request was to make it the new normal.

But the real test of any idea is whether it works on the ground. Kodaikanal’s 12th Ward offers one such grassroots example. Under the leadership and personal initiative of Lion Dr. T.P. Ravindran, MJF, D.V.Sc. Tech (CE), the ward has been developed through a combination of practical, sustained interventions—not simply occasional cleanliness drives. His work has included self-funded sanitary staff, ward-wide CCTV security, household toilets, community water infrastructure and a dedicated e-waste management initiative. He also established the Kodaikanal 12th Ward Public Welfare Association and has worked to connect environmental protection with community welfare. His environmental work extends beyond the ward.

आदरणीय मेरे प्यारे प्रधानमंत्री जी , नमस्ते ,मैं श्याम बिश्नोई राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय का छात्र हूँ , सर मेरा एक सुझाव ‘केंद्रीय गणित अनुसंधान संगठन’ के गठन को लेकर है , सर हम बचपन से एक गाना सुनते आ रहे है मनोज कुमार जी की फ़िल्म पूरब और पश्चिम का “जब जीरो दिया मेरे भारत ने , दुनिया को तब गिनती आई “ । सर इस Zero अथार्थ शून्य का प्रयोग करने वाले महान गणितज्ञ ब्रह्मगुप्त राजस्थान के जालोर जिले में भीनमाल के रहने वाले थे । सर इस साल हमारे विद्यार्थियों ने physics chemistery biology के olympiad में बहुत अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया उसी तरह गणित ओलंपियाड में भी अव्वल रहे इसके लिए क्यों ना केंद्रीय गणित अनुसंधान संगठन  की स्थापना भीनमाल में की जाए इससे ना केवल हमारी प्राचीन उपलब्धि को सम्मान मिलेगा साथ ही यह हमारे वर्तमान और भविष्य के लिए भी गणित के विषय में और अधिक खोजे व विषय को अधिक सरल रुचिकर बनाने में मददगार साबित होगा, सर इससे आपके “विकास भी विरासत भी “ दृष्टिकोण को भी बल मिलेगा । मैं आशा करता हूँ  ये सुझाव आपको जरूर महत्वपूर्ण लगेगा । जय हिंद ।
