The current National Highways Fee Rules mandate that no two toll plazas can operate within a 60-kilometer stretch on the same section of a single National Highway. However, this rule is frequently bypassed when traveling through multiple regional corridors or intersecting highways. Commuters often cross multiple distinct toll plazas located within short physical distances of 30 to 45 kilometers because the plazas reside on technically different national highways or separate concessional stretches. As an individual from a middle-income background, I find it incredibly difficult to absorb these compounded daily transit expenses. Even with available localized passes, frequent travel outside immediate municipal radii rapidly depletes financial resources, posing a severe monthly budgetary burden on households striving to manage basic cost-of-living constraints. This issue is not isolated to Odisha but represents a systemic challenge experienced by middle-income daily commuters.

Like FCRA, NGO to choose anyone subject to work. Police should a statement that organisers to choose subject on which they are going to protest. If violence erupted due to unwanted speech or hatred spy can be make FIR from victims, any citizen whose sentiments hurts or police. Very high compensation should be claimed from organisers. It should be not lesser than 10 crores. Set example. No sorry No excuse after cases loss.

Respected Prime Minister, I would like to suggest a topic called **"India's Hidden Heroes."** Every day, millions of ordinary people quietly contribute to our nation—sanitation workers, nurses, farmers, teachers, postmen, drivers, forest guards, and many others. Their hard work often goes unnoticed, yet they keep our communities running. If you could share inspiring stories about such unsung heroes and encourage every citizen, especially young people, to appreciate and thank them, it would promote gratitude, respect, and a stronger sense of community. Recognizing these everyday heroes can inspire us all to contribute positively to the nation in our own way. Thank you.
