Viksit Bharat Gazette Modernization Bill: End the CD-R Rule Hon’ble PM, Digital India is world-class, but NAME CHANGE Gazette notifications still force citizens to make a physical notarized affidavit, burn a Word file onto an obsolete CD-R, and speed-post papers to Delhi. Many laptops lack CD drives. PROPOSED Digital Pipeline via a Parliamentary Bill: 1. Digital Affidavit: Replace physical notarized affidavit with an online e-stamped affidavit authenticated via Aadhaar eSign. 2. RNI-Newspaper API: Legally bind newspapers to generate a Unique Ad Verification Code upon online booking. 3. Instant API Check: Login via Aadhaar OTP. Portal instantly validates the Ad Code against the newspaper's database, eliminating fraud, newsprint, and CDs. 4. Paperless Submission: Pay fees via Bharatkosh, eliminating courier costs and auto-publishing in e-Gazette within 48 hours. We can also use CERTIFIED VOTER ID for faster verification. Sincerely, Monjit Dutta Bongaigaon, Assam

Namaste ji. Our Honourable PM is taking more care on students and Education. UGC is regularly sending the new regulations and actions for Centrally funded Academic Institutions. But UGC might not known the action taken by the Institutions. To strengthen the vision of our Honourable PM and UGC,a monitoring portal may be started to ensure the implementations. Definitely this will add to our Honourable PM's Vision on Vikshit Bharat. Jai hind

Namaste ji. Centrally funded Academic Institutions have been alloted grants for the purchase new equipments and to start new courses. Also the computers are purchased in view of up gradation. In all Institutions the old equipments and computers may be condemned to avoid the accumulation of E-waste. Without proper disposal of condemned articles,Ministry of Education may stop funds for time being till disposal. Also the technical heads of centralised facilities facing more problems during retirement. Our Honourable PM is focusing more on Skilled Education. Who were all worked hard to upgrade the Skilled Education are suffering due to relieving. Academicians who are in a position to relieve not aware of technical knowledge. During Every Purchase,Ministry of Education's approval must be mandatory. Nowadays the Authorities are mostly interested to highlight their personal profile apart from Institutions welfare. Priority must be given to the growth of Education. Jai hind
