Sir, हम सबको जीवन मिला है इस प्रकृति से और हम सब इंसान मिल कर प्रकृति की रक्षा नहीं कर पा रहे। प्रकृति स्वयं मां शक्ति पार्वती है। सड़क चौड़ीकरण के लिए वन्य वृक्षों को काटा जाना अनुचित है। हम सब कुछ इंसानों के लिए करते हैं हमारे देश में जिस गाय को माता माना जाता है वह भी आज सड़को पर असहाय घूम रही है। गाड़ी वाले उन्हें टक्कर मार कर और लाचार बना देते हैं।फिर कहते हैं कि इनसे हमें दिक्कत हो रही है। जब गाय से दूध चाहिए होता है तो उसके छोटे बच्चे को गाय से दूर करके उसके बदले का दूध हमे मिलता है।sir,aaj hum बस अपने ही बारे में सोच रहे हैं। अगर प्रकृति की रक्षा नहीं की गयी तो हम सबका जीवन मुश्किल में आ जाएगा। पीपल के बरगद के पेड़ जिनके नीचे बैठ कर न जाने कितने तपस्वीयों ने तपस्या की थी आज उन्हें भी काटा जा रहा है। Sir, गायों के लिए गोशालाएं बनवानी चाहिए। धन्यवाद,

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, I want to share one of my "Mann ki baat" to you which I perform to keep our surroundings clean and to perform a good citizenship by maintaining some civic sense whenever I go out of my home. While travelling, wether I buy a bottle of water or any kind of packed food I always make sure not to throw it anywhere, where the dustbin is not around me and too teach my closed onces not to throw trash instead of I keep the trash holding in hands until I find dustbin or i keep it in my bag pack until I reach home and throw it in the dustbin. I want this story of me to reach each and every citizen of India should once hear and adapt this kind of responsibility towards their country. Our country should be treated as our own home. Jai Hind. उच्च शिक्षा प्रणाली में बार-बार पाठ्यक्रम (सिलेबस) में परिवर्तन किए जाने से विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों, पुस्तकालयों तथा प्रकाशकों को अनेक कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है। प्रत्येक परिवर्तन के साथ नई पुस्तकों एवं अध्ययन सामग्री की आवश्यकता होती है, जिससे विद्यार्थियों पर आर्थिक भार बढ़ता है और शिक्षकों के लिए भी नए पाठ्यक्रम के अनुरूप शिक्षण सामग्री तैयार करना चुनौतीपूर्ण हो जाता है। साथ ही, नई पुस्तकें एवं अध्ययन सामग्री समय पर उपलब्ध नहीं होने से विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई और परीक्षा की तैयारी प्रभावित होती है। ऐसे समय में महाविद्यालय एवं विश्वविद्यालय के पुस्तकालय तथा पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो जाती है। पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष नवीन पाठ्यक्रम के अनुरूप पुस्तकों, ई-पुस्तकों, ई-जर्नल, डिजिटल संसाधनों एवं अन्य अध्ययन सामग्री की समय पर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करते हैं तथा विद्यार्थियों और शिक्षकों को उपयुक्त एवं प्रमाणिक सूचना संसाधन उपलब्ध कराकर शिक्षण-अधिगम प्रक्रिया को सुचारु बनाए रखने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देते हैं। इसलिए पाठ्यक्रम में परिवर्तन सुविचारित योजना के साथ किया जाना चाहि

भारत में अक्सर देखा जाता है कि नई सड़क बनने के कुछ ही समय बाद उसे सीवर लाइन, जलापूर्ति पाइपलाइन, गैस पाइपलाइन, बिजली केबल या अन्य विकास कार्यों के लिए दोबारा खोद दिया जाता है। इससे न केवल सरकारी धन की बर्बादी होती है, बल्कि नागरिकों को भी धूल, जाम, दुर्घटनाओं और असुविधाओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। बार-बार सड़क खोदने और मरम्मत करने से सड़क की गुणवत्ता भी प्रभावित होती है तथा उसकी आयु कम हो जाती है। इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए सभी संबंधित विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय, संयुक्त योजना और कार्यों का पूर्व नियोजन आवश्यक है। यदि सड़क निर्माण से पहले सभी आवश्यक भूमिगत कार्य पूरे कर लिए जाएँ, तो समय, धन और संसाधनों की बचत होगी तथा नागरिकों को बेहतर, सुरक्षित और टिकाऊ सड़कें उपलब्ध हो सकेंगी।
