பாரதபிரதமர் அவர்களுக்கு, வணக்கம். தமிழ்நாட்டில் தற்போது அரசு ஊழியர்களின் ஓய்வு வயது 60 ஆக உள்ளது. ஒருவர் 20-25 வயதில் அரசுப் பணியில் சேர்ந்தால், கிட்டத்தட்ட 35 முதல் 40 ஆண்டுகள் வரை ஒரே பணியில் தொடர்கிறார். இது இயல்பாகவே பதவி உயர்வுக்கு காத்திருப்பவர்களையும், அரசுப் பணி கனவுடன் காத்திருக்கும் லட்சக்கணக்கான இளைஞர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தையும் பாதிக்கிறது. இந்த நிலையை மாற்ற, அரசுப் பணிகளில் *குறைந்தபட்சம் அல்லது அதிகபட்சம் 25 ஆண்டுகள் பணிக்காலம்* என்ற சட்டத்தை இயற்ற வேண்டும் என்பதே எனது பணிவான கோரிக்கை. ஜெய்ஹிந்த் கமலக்கண்ணன் நாராயணன்.

*Subject: Request to fix the tenure in Indian Government Jobs as 25 years* To *The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India,* Greetings*. In India, the current retirement age for government employees is 60 years. If a person joins government service at the age of 20-25, he continues in the same job for almost 35 to 40 years. This naturally affects those waiting for promotion and the future of lakhs of young people waiting with the dream of a government job. To change this situation, my humble request is to enact a law for *a minimum or maximum tenure of 25 years* in Indian government services. *Problems caused by this:* *1. Denial of opportunity for youth:* If a person is in service until the age of 60, that post does not become vacant for 35 years.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I am Avika from Gurugram. As India progresses towards Viksit Bharat, I believe our elderly deserve not just care, but purpose and dignity. I propose transforming abandoned buildings into sustainable senior co-living communities where elders can live independently, receive healthcare, mentor underprivileged children, and continue contributing to society. By integrating Sponge City principles such as permeable pavements, improved drainage, rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge, and solar energy, these communities can also reduce urban flooding and promote environmental sustainability. This initiative combines compassion with innovation, preserving both our social values and our environment. I humbly request you to discuss this vision in Mann Ki Baat and inspire a nationwide movement for dignified elder care and sustainable cities. Many online courses on platforms like SWAYAM and NPTEL use older recorded lectures and outdated examples. In fast-changing fields, students need regularly updated content, recent examples and current industry knowledge so that what they learn matches the world they are entering today.

Respected PM, I want to request you to make India free from Beggars. Nearby every religious places some criminal kind of beggars from different states moving around and sometimes they raise their weapons also against women and aged people who stop them from sitting nearby their homes. If police continuously petroling on the roads and check the identities of beggars, it may be possible that wanted criminals of other states may be found. Some of them may be found in the business of Gaanja and Charas or wine also. Do something to improve the societies for residents. Also guide people about morality, ethics and discipline. Some people visiting religious places, park their vehicles to interrupt the ways of others. Some enjoy cigarettes and Bidies on the road or nearby residence of others which harms others health. Some creates noice pollution beyond limits by loud speakers on festivals. Pollution control board can keep watch to protect the environment from noice polution also.

Sir, While the government deserves appreciation for implementing automated AI cameras and tougher e-challan systems, there are a few simple, ground-level enforcement steps that require closer attention to truly make our roads safer.First, we need consistent monitoring of high-beam headlight usage within city limits, as the glare frequently blinds oncoming motorists. Second, lane discipline for heavy commercial vehicles needs stricter enforcement. Trucks often occupy the right-hand fast lanes on highways, which inadvertently forces smaller vehicles to overtake from the left, increasing the risk of accidents. Third, keeping busy main roads and blind turns free from illegal parking would significantly improve traffic flow and keep pedestrians safe. Finally, routine checks for basic vehicle fitness—such as identifying commercial trucks driving without functional taillights or with bald tires—could prevent major structural mishaps.

Sir, Road accidents claim over 1.77 lakh lives every year in India, making it one of the leading, yet most preventable, causes of death for young adults. According to data from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) and recent National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reports, this crisis costs the nation roughly 3.14% of its annual GDP. To combat this, the government uses a targeted 4 E's strategy (Education, Engineering, Enforcement, Emergency Care) to implement active safety solutions and save lives.The Problem: Why Are the Numbers So High?Understanding what causes these fatalities is the first step to fixing them. The latest accident data points to key behavioral and structural risks:The Speed Factor: Over-speeding alone causes nearly 58% of all road deaths.Lack of Safety Gear: Every year, over 50,000 two-wheeler riders die simply because they were not wearing helmets. Similarly, roughly 16,000 car passengers die because they skipped wearing seatbelts. Kindly take action.

Hon’ble Prime Minister, Namaskar! You have transformed India through powerful national movements such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Make in India and Startup India. I believe you are uniquely placed to lead another transformative movement: “सुरक्षा की संस्कृति, भारत का भविष्य” Recent incidents, including the painful tragedy in Delhi, remind us that as a nation we often react only after a disaster. We must move from a reactive approach to a culture of prevention and safety. Safety must become a way of life—beginning from childhood. I humbly request that safety education and awareness be made an integral and mandatory part of school education across India. Hon’ble Prime Minister, I humbly request you to consider giving my attached letter a voice in the next “Mann Ki Baat”.
