सर, छोटे शहरों और गाँवों में बहुत से पढ़े-लिखे युवा काम करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें सही करियर गाइडेंस और आधुनिक स्किल्स (जैसे AI, कोडिंग, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग) सीखने के मौके नहीं मिलते। यदि हर ज़िले के नेहरू युवा केंद्र (NYK) को आधुनिक डिजिटल स्किल हब में बदल दिया जाए, तो स्थानीय युवाओं को आगे बढ़ने में बहुत मदद मिलेगी।"

प्रधानमंत्री जी, आज का युवा सोशल मीडिया एल्गोरिदम, रील्स और स्क्रीन एडिक्शन में बहुत ज़्यादा समय बिता रहा है, जिससे उनकी पढ़ाई और मानसिक सेहत पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा है। इस डिजिटल जाल से बाहर निकलने और छात्रों में फिजिकल स्पोर्ट्स, स्किल-लर्निंग व किताबों के प्रति रुचि बढ़ाने के लिए आप युवाओं को क्या संदेश देना चाहेंगे?"

"आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, देश के दूर-दराज के इलाकों से होनहार छात्र बड़ी मेहनत करके दिल्ली या अन्य बड़े शहरों के कॉलेज और हॉस्टल्स में पढ़ने आते हैं। लेकिन कई जगहों पर हॉस्टल का इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बहुत पुराना है, सुरक्षा के पर्याप्त इंतजाम (जैसे फायर सेफ्टी) नहीं हैं और खाना भी पौष्टिक नहीं मिलता। मेरा सुझाव है कि देश के सभी सरकारी और निजी हॉस्टल्स/PGs के लिए एक सख्त 'नेशनल सेफ्टी एंड क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड' बनाया जाए, ताकि किसी भी छात्र की जान जोखिम में न पड़े।"

India could improve sanitation by rewarding citizens for collecting waste and maintaining public spaces. Participants could deposit waste at authorised centres and receive digital payments based on its type and quantity. They could also register for verified cleaning tasks, such as sweeping roads and maintaining public areas. A digital tracking system could record collections, completed tasks and payments, reducing corruption and improving accountability. The programme could create cleaner cities, increase recycling, provide flexible income and encourage public participation. It should remain voluntary, offer fair compensation and safety equipment, and complement—not replace—municipal sanitation services in a positive way. Overall, Clean-to-Earn could make cleanliness both a shared responsibility and an economic opportunity.

Respected Prime Minister ji, smartphones are an important learning tool for millions of Indians. I request greater focus on high-quality, free and mobile-friendly education that does not require expensive devices or high-speed internet. Government platforms could offer short courses in AI, coding, Excel, finance and communication, with low-data options. Learners could complete practical projects and receive verifiable certificates. This would help students, graduates, homemakers and job seekers access opportunities.

Respected Prime Minister ji, many educated women have skills but cannot take conventional jobs due to family responsibilities or mobility limitations. I request that Mann Ki Baat highlight safe, genuine home-based work opportunities through government-supported platforms, digital training and verified employers. Women could be trained in accounting, data work, tailoring, handicrafts and digital services. A platform connecting trained women with verified work could increase family incomes while empowering women.

Respected Prime Minister ji, India’s young population is one of our greatest strengths. As AI changes the nature of work, I request that Mann Ki Baat highlight the importance of making AI and digital skills accessible to students, graduates, homemakers and job seekers, especially those who cannot afford expensive courses or devices. Government platforms, colleges and communities could provide free, practical, mobile-friendly learning in AI, data analysis, digital finance, communication and other future skills. Along with certificates, learners should get opportunities to work on real projects and demonstrate their skills. This can help transform India’s youth from job seekers into skilled contributors, innovators and entrepreneurs.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,आज देश के अधिकांश युवा डॉक्टर और इंजीनियर बनने के पीछे भाग रहे हैं, जो कि अच्छी बात है। लेकिन सच यह है कि जीवन जीने और स्वस्थ रहने के लिए सबको अन्न (भोजन) की ही आवश्यकता है। यदि आने वाली पीढ़ी खेती छोड़ देगी, तो देश के सामने बड़ा संकट आ सकता है।मेरा सुझाव है: सरकार युवाओं के लिए 'स्मार्ट एग्रीप्रिन्योरशिप' (Smart Agripreneurship) प्रोग्राम शुरू करे। आईआईटी (IIT) और मेडिकल की तर्ज पर कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों (Agricultural Universities) को अपग्रेड किया जाए। युवाओं को बताया जाए कि वे इंजीनियर या डॉक्टर बनकर भी 'एग्रो-टेक' और 'डिजिटल फार्मिंग' के जरिए कृषि में एक बेहतरीन, हाई-पेइंग और सम्मानित करियर बना सकते हैं। जब खेती प्रॉफिटेबल और टेक-ड्रिवन बनेगी, तभी युवा इसकी तरफ आकर्षित होंगे।

"India's population is often described as a challenge, but our greatest opportunity lies in transforming this population into a skilled, empowered and participating workforce. India's youth should not merely be beneficiaries of development; they should be partners in creating it.” India has one of the world's largest young populations. Our youth possess different talents—technology, entrepreneurship, sports, arts, agriculture, research, skilled trades, social service and countless other abilities. But the challenge is connecting this talent with the right opportunities and national needs. The government can create the infrastructure, policies, platforms, training and opportunities. Young Indians can contribute their skills, ideas, innovation and hard work. So the focus should be on creating a system where: Government provides → Opportunity + Platform + Support Youth provides → Talent + Innovation + Hard Work Together → Nation Building..
