Respected PM, manufacturing needs a National Manufacturing Fast-Track Regime -- Bharat Manufacturing Mission 10x20: (1) 10-day deemed approval: one application routed simultaneously to Centre+State+local (environment, factory, pollution, labour, fire, electricity, GST); no valid objection in 10 days = deemed approved. (2) Zero/nominal upfront industrial land on long leases in Manufacturing Zones, conditional on build/production milestones -- reverts if unmet, preventing speculation. (3) Risk-tiered regulation: low-risk sectors get fast-track + 3-year audit; hazardous industries keep full scrutiny. (4) 20-25 year financing with 5-year principal moratorium, since capex starts Day 1 but revenue comes years later. (5) One digital Manufacturing Passport and one accountable Project Officer per project across departments. Core idea: stop taxing manufacturing before it begins. NSWS digitises applications -- missing piece is statutory time limits with real deemed-approval teeth.

Today, the entire nation joins in celebrating your visionary leadership, untiring dedication and unwavering commitment to guiding our motherland toward a glorious future. We pray to the Almighty for your excellent health, long life and continuous strength as you lead us on the path of progress and inspire millions of citizens every single day. As India marks 80 years of Independence, thousands of freedom fighters — and families of those deceased who filed applications — still await recognition, some pending for decades. Living fighters are now in their 90s; every year of delay costs us, witnesses. I suggest launching a renewed recognition drive this Gandhi Jayanti (2 Oct), honouring the nonviolent struggle that won us freedom. Please also widen recognition to INA families, underground movement supporters, women who sustained the struggle from home, and tribal/princely-state participants — and go beyond certificates with a national digital archive, commemorative stamps, and school curriculum inclusion. This cannot wait. — Harishchandra Sharma
