Inviting Ideas for Mann Ki Baat by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 27th September 2026

Respected Prime Minister, I want to share a suggestion regarding local environmental action. In our neighborhood, we started a community-led composting and plastic segregation initiative that significantly reduced garbage landfill waste. If a national campaign is launched to incentivize local Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to manage their own dry and wet waste locally, it would drastically accelerate the vision of Swachh Bharat. Thank you.

Respected Prime Minister, I would like to draw your attention toward enhancing digital literacy and AI education in our rural schools. While many villages now have internet access, structured training in coding, basic digital safety, and modern technologies is still lacking. Introducing specialized tech workshops at the grass-root level will empower our rural youth to compete globally and build local digital solutions. Thank you.

नमस्कार, मेरा नाम जय्यू जोशी है और मेरी उम्र 32 वर्ष है। मेरा जीवन सामान्य लोगों से थोड़ा अलग रहा है। बचपन में ही मैंने अपने माता-पिता को खो दिया था। शायद उसी बचपन के दर्द और अकेलेपन ने मुझे उन लोगों का दर्द समझना सिखाया, जिनका इस दुनिया में कोई अपना नहीं होता। बचपन में जब मैंने अपनों को खोया, तब मेरे मन में एक सवाल हमेशा रहा कि अगर किसी इंसान के पास मुसीबत के समय कोई अपना न हो, तो उसका सहारा कौन बनेगा? इसी सवाल ने धीरे-धीरे मेरे जीवन की दिशा बदल दी। मैंने तय किया कि मैं अपना जीवन उन लोगों के लिए समर्पित करूँगा, जिन्हें समाज ने किसी न किसी वजह से अकेला छोड़ दिया है। आज मेरी कोशिश रहती है कि सड़क पर बीमार पड़े किसी बेसहारा व्यक्ति को इलाज मिले, मानसिक रूप से बीमार व्यक्ति को सम्मान और उपचार मिले, किसी बुजुर्ग को सहारा मिले और जिस इंसान की मृत्यु के बाद उसके परिवार का कोई सदस्य सामने नहीं आता, उसे भी सम्मानपूर्वक अंतिम विदाई मिले। मेरी सेवा का सबसे कठिन और भावुक हिस्सा लावारिस शवों का रेस्क्यू और अंतिम संस्कार है।

Subject: Helping students to gain skills but in the way they want , something which can make them future ready

Swadeshi is a concept to manufacture goods and services with in boundry of country and their consumption also with in country. It is a concept to boost up our economy and generate employment at local level. It is an enternal feeing of mass level of people for country made product. It should be started to myself and set an example for other people. My mantra is Swadeshi se smriddhi tak ka safar.

We are still on mission to cut huge number of trees across India ( for development) when the temperatures are high beyond normal in most parts of India. In addition the destruction of western ghats by powerful people are already impacting the climate change and pushing most part unliveable. If we want Viksit Bharat at any time in the future , we need save our mountains , trees and rivers. IITs and IISc should be tasked with develipment models that does not destroy nature. There is no alternative that can sustain, Please see. Thank you

I think that scientific research centres should be opened in each and every city of our country so that students who get any idea for developing anything can get guidance and support regarding their topics, these centres will also help young youth to develop ideas and to get familiar with the scientific theories which they consider difficult.
