The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), in collaboration with MyGov, invites suggestions on the draft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on the “Prevention & Response Framework for Drugs & Substance Use among Children.”
The SOP is being developed by NCPCR in accordance with the Joint Action Plan on Prevention of Drugs and Substance Abuse among Children and Illicit Trafficking, 2021.
The proposed Framework will incorporate inputs received from various stakeholders, emerging best practices, recent research, and relevant recommendations contained in the NCORD Vision Document.
The Framework aims to provide a comprehensive and child-centric approach for the prevention, early identification, response, treatment, rehabilitation, and reintegration of children affected by drug and substance use and illicit trafficking.
Through this initiative, NCPCR seeks valuable suggestions from stakeholders and citizens to strengthen the proposed Framework and ensure a coordinated, effective, and rights-based response to address drug and substance use among children.

Proposed Pilot Programme
NCPCR may consider a district-level pilot involving schools, District Child Protection Units, health services, law-enforcement agencies and IPH&H. The pilot may include preventive health education, teacher and parent training, first-response instruction, confidential referral, counselling support and rehabilitation-linked skill development.
MANOVAANI-Voice of Mind is an initiative started by the college for the mental well being sessions of students. They are given one and one session wellness sessions to discuss on their well being and are suggested various methods for keeping them stress free and happy.
The framework should be guided by one central principle: protect the child, address the underlying causes and provide a genuine pathway towards recovery, education and a dignified future.
The above framework is proposed by Fairfield and IPH&H Group of Institutions, affiliated by GGSIP University, A NAAC A+ college approved by DHE.

Sir, can we also talk about women's safety?? If yes fir aap bhut kuch karwa sakte hai to women safety ke baare me bhi please kuch sochiye betiyon ko padha likha kar kya fayeda jab aaye din unke sath kuch galat ho jata hai . Hum in darindo ki mentality to nahi badal sakte but atleast hum khud ki bhen beti ko safe rakhne ke liye kuch to kar hi sakte hai .. 9pm to 6am please har city har village me area ke according ek ya usse jyada police car, jisme ek male or ek female cop present ho with cctv (kyuki aaj kal cop par bhi bharosa nahi kar sakte ) jab kisi ladki ko akele majburi me jana ho to vo ek particular number par call kar sake or safely apne ghr ja sake ,, sir mujhe bhi kayi baar raat me 11-12 bje ghr aana padta hai dusri city se kyuki koi train jaldi nahi aati or ye passenger bhi late chalti hai mere papa akele mujhe lene aate hai dar lagta hai kahi 4 log aa kar attack kar de to ? Or agar is case me cop honge to I'll feel safe or mere ghr Wale bhi tension free..meri request hai plz

The very first thing starts from there home where childs relationship with parents and family members shapes their behaviour, so parents should not ignore them they should sit with them and share ideas and daily happenings and also parents should not avoid their child .
Parents also interact with their child's friends so that they can know that hows their child's friend circle is , also spend time with their child and do mindful activities.

I want to Start the Waste Material Processing Unit in which we can Process in a Joint Venture (If Company was Started) the Plastic Bottles and Plastic Material & Organic Kitchen Waste & Dry Waste of Tree in the Initial Stage & then after we can Scaleup for Old Textiles Waste and Clothes Waste, Glass Waste and Jars & Aluminium Waste, Paper and Cardboard Waste and Metal Waste for Processing. Please help me to Start the New Processing Plant for nearby Location of Mungaoli Distt Ashok Nagar Madhya Pradesh. My Idea is on Initial Stage & I do not have any Paper Work. Please help to Start this Project in the Joint Venture.

The framework should adopt a child-centred, trauma-informed and rights-based approach, treating substance use as both a health and child-protection concern. It should cover prevention, early identification, screening, emergency response, counselling, treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration. Special protocols are needed for railway stations, streets, slums, schools and trafficking hotspots. Every identified child should be assessed for mental health, violence, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion and family vulnerability. Clear referral pathways between CWC, DCPU, Police/GRP/RPF, Health Services, NCB and NGOs should define roles and accountability. Family counselling, peer-led prevention, education, life skills, relapse prevention and follow-up should be included, along with confidential documentation, gender-responsive services and meaningful child participation.

contd:- So, the most important parameters which is to be focused in all the ways is the Government of India should start a campaign in every streets and states regarding banned on harmful substances and dangerous intoxication which is been taken by all age group within the age of 18 years. I am really thankful and appreciate the way the government is engaged with this type of activity in all the conditions.
