The Income Tax Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, in collaboration with MyGov, invites innovative ideas and constructive suggestions from citizens, taxpayers, professionals, businesses, students, and other stakeholders to strengthen taxpayer services and contribute towards building a more transparent, efficient, and taxpayer-friendly tax administration. This participatory initiative provides a platform to share practical ideas for enhancing taxpayer awareness, simplifying compliance processes, improving digital taxpayer services, and promoting ease of compliance.

Suggestions may also focus on strengthening service delivery, leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), improving grievance redressal mechanisms, enhancing taxpayer education and outreach, and introducing innovative solutions to improve the overall taxpayer experience. Your valuable ideas will contribute towards making tax administration more accessible, technology-driven, citizen-centric, and responsive, while supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 through better public service delivery, participatory governance, and greater taxpayer trust.

Subject: A Strategic Proposal on Taxation Reform for National Benefit 🙏 Jai Mata Di 🙏 This idea is powerful enough to: 👉Attract back many individuals and businesses who have left the country due to high taxation (with an estimated 90% likelihood of return). 👉Prevent further migration motivated by tax concerns. 👉Ensure that only genuinely eligible individuals benefit from government subsidies and schemes. 👉Eliminate misuse of welfare benefits by those who are not entitled. In short, this proposal will create a transparent, fair, and efficient taxation system, benefiting both the citizens and the government. I respectfully request an opportunity to present this idea in detail. I am confident that it will be well-received and seen as a step forward in national interest. 🇮🇳 Jai Hind. Jai Maa Bharat. 🇮🇳 Thank you for your time and consideration. Warm regards, Arjun Soni Please Read Below PDF File.

2. There is lots of financial crimes, frauds, tax evasion, cyber crimes, NPA in bank, corruption, black money, electricity theft, etc.etc. Unnecessary court cases, police investigation also a financial burden on government. I plan Honesty campaign. I written slogan, song and content for video messages. I plan flims, short films and poster. I want my messages should give publicity at various platforms. Government need to spend very little money. Earning also possible from social media and other way. This way government tax earning will also increase. 3. finance ministry should invite Change Makers from Mygov for details discussion and new ideas.

Taxpayer First: Building a Simple, Transparent and Digital Tax System A taxpayer-friendly system should make paying taxes simple, quick, and transparent. Every taxpayer should be able to understand tax rules without needing expert assistance. The government can achieve this by using technology and citizen-centric services. Some useful improvements include: Introduce an AI-powered multilingual assistant to answer tax-related questions 24×7 in all major Indian languages. Pre-fill tax returns using verified financial data to reduce errors and save time. Provide real-time status tracking for refunds, similar to parcel tracking. Offer short video tutorials and interactive guides for first-time taxpayers. Create a single dashboard where taxpayers can view payments, notices, refunds, and pending actions. Reward honest and timely taxpayers with digital appreciation certificates or small service benefits. Strengthen data security and privacy to build trust in digital tax services.
