Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT, Bhadohi), an institution under the aegis of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India in collaboration with the Central Wool Development Board (CWDB), Jodhpur and MyGov hosted a competition for the design of a Logo aimed to create a symbol of quality assurance for woollen handmade carpets and rugs manufactured in India.
