Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) and Dehradun Municipal Corporation (DMC) were jointly conducted various activities as a part of comprehensive Citizen Engagement for a Smart City Mission.
The Union Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India recently released a list of 23 cities, which included Panaji, which have been invited to revise and fast track their Smart City proposals for submission before 15th April 2016.
A press conference was held in the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) town hall on 17th March 2016 at 4 pm to share a progress report on the up-gradation of the Panaji Smart City proposal.
Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) had organized an “Ideas Workshop – Smart City – Dehradun”, on Friday, 11th March’2016 in continuation to the smart city Vision Workshop for Dehradun that was organised on 4th March 2016.
Dehradun, has been shortlisted in fast track 23 cities for smart city Mission. The City is preparing a Smart City Proposal (SCP) for round 2 that will include smart city solutions and an outline of the consultations held with the city residents and other stakeholders.
