संस्कृतशोधच्छात्रा के रूप में मेरा निवेदन यही है कि उच्चशिक्षा में रिसर्च के लिये महाविद्यालयों तथा विश्वविद्यालयों के स्थायी शिक्षकों को ही स्वतन्त्ररूप से major and minor project करने का अधिकार है परन्तु हमारी प्रार्थना है कि यह उच्चस्तरीय शोध करने का अधिकार मात्र स्थायी faculty को ही नहीं बल्कि अंशकालिक संविदा अध्यापकों तथा पी.एच. डी प्राप्त शोध अध्येताओं को भी दिया जाना चाहिये।

Its a clear evident that India's Expenditure on R&D is very less in compare to other developed and developing Nations (As per the World Bank Report http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/GB.XPD.RSDV.GD.ZS ) There is no doubt that we should increase the Budget on R&D up to 1.5%-2.5% in next few years. Our so called competing neighbor China is far ahead of us in terms of of Budget on R&D as well as its benefit and output. They are manifold ahead of us in terms of number of patents.

i want to suggest the government that kindly check the funding status of research proposal. maximum research in our country is based on copy and paste. they do not do the real research. the research is one which give some new idea to the nation as well as the society, but in our country 60-70% research funding is not used on the research.

First thing that Govt. should do is to make the access to Science Journals free of cost to all citizens of India. All research scholars whose paper is Published in any journal in the world must upload their paper at one site to be created by Govt. It must be made mandatory for all researchers.
Also research funds should be given only for research in Science, technology and business . All research funds from all other useless fields must be diverted to science, Technology and business

Hardship for Ph.D Holders as Supreme Court has set the eligibility of assistant prof as NET. Hence it is not recommended that students should go for research. research is meant only for Promotion to Associate Prof. The universities should be asked to stop Ph.D degree.Research has no meaning. Only NET qualified people are eligible. Therefore, It is waste of time and money to do Ph.D. Appeal to Govt for action in this respect.

Research and Innovation is a product of creative mind which is allowed to think freely without any pressure like money, status, job etc.
More industry academia participation is needed to improve the research output. This could be made mandatory from industry part as many industries show no interest in participation. Universities across the country should adopt uniform guidelines for research degrees such as PhD and allow more academic flexibility.

Research and innovation is something we have to first understand.Everyone who is doing higher education or PhD talk a lot about research papers and research projects.But in our country 90% of research is based on copy paste approach (here not criticizing someone i also part of this system and approach). My question is that the burden we put on research scholars to do false research just because to complete their course is right ?.We should think about it and change it.

I have seen many Ph.D scholars doing research on composites.

The scholars mix some exopy with some fiber and does mechanical characterization. There is little use for such research and award of doctorates except for the namesake.

Any research done should be in the larger interest and hence the scholars have to be utilized by a set of broad objectives laid out by the top research authorities of our nation based on our requirements.

1. The top Research institutes should put out a broad guidelines or areas underwhich the research is anticipated with a clear objectives of the research.
2. Any student or person who demonstrates or produces certain tangible results should be allowed and funded for future work and the amount of funds should be related to the completion of the objectives.

The results of research should be put in public domain and copying and theft of work should be made punishable offence.

9. Information technology in education is must for all activity like transparency/accountability/empowerment and others.
10. my credits should be transferable across any university in India as well as in the world.
11. still how many years we are going delay to bring to have some uniformity in college level teaching.
