The required skill techniques should be identified basing on the requirement of each mining company. Risk allowance should be doubled. Honourable PM Shri Modi ji , my opinion is to include " typing skills " from class 5th or 6th so that our children will have better handling of the keyboard , the reason i am telling is, i use only my right hand , that too only select fingers to do the same, which takes lot of time and an unskilled job. I have seen in China , everybody knows typing, because it is in their curriculam. We can do that. For the children those who take up Scientists or R&D jobs in Govt and private institutions, they can easily type their research article, patent applications etc.,
