During lockdown I made a theory proving how we can make 14.28..% more jobs available in many government sectors by giving 2 days weekoff instead of 1 day and it will be helping in development of India and other developing nations so far. I need your guidance to make this executable.

1.infrastructure development for research n development in colleges...there are number of graduates are unemployed...if reasearch facilities are improved .we can be technologically independent country..like china and south korea we need to contribute to research in electronics n telecommunications.

5.monitering of migrants by establishing migrants monitering cell for each state.as they impose a great threat like terriorist activities.n need to moniter.n also by establishing counter terrorism units in each state.as whenever any emergency arises.shifting of army or crpfs to that place will take a large time.and heavy loss may occur when reached.
6.need to glorify our indian history through media n programs n documentations in all languages.
7.Reasearch facilities must be improved for ASI.
8.countr disaster management unit for floods, cyclone.
